Critical Dice is proud to offer a comprehensive returns, replacements, and refunds policy.
If your dice arrive damaged, don’t arrive, or you are otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to hello@thecriticaldice.com within 30 days, and our customer service specialists will be happy to work with you to make things right.
Please note that this policy excludes mystery sets and gift cards, which we do not allow returns or refunds on. However, if your mystery set is lost in the mail, damaged, or missing pieces, we will be happy to fix the issue.
