I'm part of the Endless Bag of Dice and can't access my account, what do I do?

If you never set up an account on the website (which is different than your subscription) you can sign up for one here. Just use the same email you used when signing up for the Endless Bag of Dice. After that, if you want to manage your account, you can log in with that same link.

I haven't gotten my Endless Bag of Dice yet, what's up with that?

The Endless Bag of Dice typically starts shipping out on the second Tuesday of the month. Why? I don't know, man. We just had to pick a day. Once we pack your Endless Bag, you should receive an email notification with tracking info for USPS.

Are you a big company?

Only at heart! Critical Dice is made up of just six individuals who love dice, tabletop gaming, and anime (ok, only most of us love anime).

Do you only sell dice?

No! We also sell brick minifigure mystery bags and digital map packs. There are rumors of plans to eventually sell all sorts of cool stuff: stickers, pins, candles, and maybe even pencils... what can we say? We like to dream big.

Why are your prices so low?

We're bad at being greedy and good at networking with artificers - which means great deals for you!

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

We're in the office packing and shipping everything by hand three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)! Everything else is up to the post office, and there are occasionally delays, especially when it comes to international shipping, natural disasters, and dragon attacks.
